Due to the complex faceting, this stone carries more weight in its pavilion, so while each of these stones weighs 3 carats, they’re the *size* of a 2ct oval (which carries more weight in its crown so has a larger topside). Each of these stones then are 7mm x 9mm and has 78 facets - 20 more than a standard round brilliant! More facets mean there are more “faces” to catch and reflect light, so these doubly-refractive stones are the sparkliest I’ve ever seen!
