I offer here a downright delectable pair of gray Moissanite studs that are truly special! These earrings come in a 2cttw or 6cttw option, and I had BOTH stones certified because they’re *worth* the extra cost of certifying both AND the cost of having double certificates shipped from overseas! These beautiful round brilliants are set in my substantial sterling silver 4-claw mountings that have been 18k Seiko-electroplated with white rhodium for tarnish resistance! (If you have a preference for lightweight earrings the 2cttw option will likely be OK, but the 6cttw option is weighty due to the combined silver and stone weight.) These gray beauties are held securely in place by four thick, well-finished prongs/claws. The backings are also generous and have a 6mm disk of silver that acts to stabilize and center the earrings on your earlobes so that they don’t pull downward or sag forward, and like the mountings are 18k Seiko-electroplated!

Please do not make the mistake I originally did and think  that gray Moissanite might be dull! To the contrary, the colorful fire Moissanite is known for is captivating against the stone’s gray body, especially the flashes of electric blue! I resisted buying gray Moissanite for the longest time, but it’s now among my top 3 favorite Moissanite colors regardless of the stone’s cut! I even call lighter gray Moissanite “mysterious” because it seems to change color depending on the outfit I’m wearing! It’s simply gorgeous! 

I do want to mention that there *can be* a variation in color intensity between the 2cttw and 6cttw option. The initial 2cttw studs ranged from light bluish-gray to dark gray, whereas the 6cttw earrings were predominantly charcoal to dark gray (each individual pair however was well-matched). The replenishment 3ct stones are all dark gray, while the 1ct stones are true gray to grayish-green. If you have a color preference, please MESSAGE ME before ordering and I’ll let you know what I have available. Otherwise I will send you a random pair. But truly - irrespective of their color, stones don’t get better pedigreed than these!
